8’clock, April 29, 2013, the simulated interview of graduates was held in the meeting room on the third floor of the scientific and chemical building. The opening ceremony was hosted by Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Wei Jin. College Party branch secretary, Fang Kangde made the speech and invited the  Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Yang Zongkang of School of Business Administration,  dean of service outsourcing sector of continuing college, Zhang Dongping, dean of continuing education , Cai Jin, the class advisor, Chen Yalan made for the judges. The interview followed the procedure of real interview of companies. At the beginning, students were asked to introduce themselves, and then randomly chose one question to answer, based on which, the judges gave comments. The atmosphere in the interview was quite heated. Through the simulated one, judges noticed there were some problems among some students and offered corresponding suggestions: some students were not confident, and lacked of direct eye-contact with judges; some sat in an inappropriate position; some paid less attention to their dressing style; some answered the questions in an illogical way.  Concerning each question, judges made sincere comments. 27 students created 27 cases of interview, and they all benefited a lot from it. They were grateful to this activity which taught them to learn more about the knowledge of their major and improve themselves by enhancing the ability of social practice.
