-------- The psychological health activity held by Jiangsu Continual College on May 25^th

May 25^th is the psychological heath day of the undergraduates around the university, so at Zhong Shan district, the college held a live psychological consulting activity titled “to build a healthy character and to form a beautiful life”. Through this activity, we would like to prepare the undergraduates to adjust their psychological states to smoothly enter the real society, strengthen their qualities of psychology, help them solve some psychological problems, and make more people realize the importance of the psychological health.

On that day, the branch youth league committee staff held an exhibition of psychological health knowledge in front of the teaching building and gave out propaganda pamphlets to students. Deputy Secretary of general Party branch, vice president, national secondary qualification of psychological counseling, Fang Kangde and some teacher counselors owning qualifications of national psychological counseling came to the scene to conduct tests for students and offered counseling based on individual difference, which pushed the whole activity to a climax. Students cared about this rare chance and actively participated in, confessed troubles to the psychologists. In this activity, psychological teachers introduced in detail about the current undergraduates’ psychological characters, learning motives, and psychological health criteria. Through specialization theories, counselors rendered pertinent suggestions about how to face psychological pressure, how to raise ambition and some basic techniques practical for normal communications.
